The Lite-Netics Nickel Clip is a nickel-coated steel mounting plate for Lite-Netics magnetic light sockets. Screw or glue a clip to a surface that isn't ferrous metal — wood fascia, trim, stucco, brick, glass, aluminum, or shingles — and the magnetic socket snaps onto the clip. It's how you carry a magnetic strand across the parts of a house that aren't metal, so one strand can run the whole roofline.

How to apply: on wood, use a #8 x 3/4" flat-head Phillips zinc-plated wood screw (screws not included). On aluminum, metal, brick, glass, or shingle, use a construction adhesive such as Liquid Nails or a max-strength adhesive; a strip of painter's tape holds the clip in place for the first 24 hours while it cures.

What is the Nickel Clip for?
