Refund policy

Return Policy Summary:

  • 15 Days: to notify us if there is an issue with your order when it arrives
  • 30 Days: return window for refund
  • 60 Days: return window for store credit or exchange
  • 15 Days: to ship us your item after your return request is submitted
  • Dec 20: No return requests or returning items accepted after December 20 for items purchased prior to December 20th each year. Any order/item returned after Dec 20 that is in resell able like new condition will incur a 15% restocking fee. Items returned that have been opened or are in any way not exactly as new will not be refunded.

Return requests are reviewed daily and will typically be approved/denied within 24 hours of submission.

Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping for a period of up to 60 days after purchase for items being returned for exchange or store credit. Free return shipping for exchange/store credit returns is only available for orders shipping within the continental United States.

Manufacturing defects are not considered standard returns and are covered separately under manufacturers warranty. See our help site for details and specific product category warranty information.

Clearance, closeout, garage sale items, DVD titles, digital downloads, video effects and closeout items are sold as is, all sales final, no returns or exchanges accepted. No returns or exchanges accepted on custom or hand made items including wireframe displays.

All returns for refund must be completed prior to December 20th. No returns for items purchase prior to December 20 of the same year will be accepted after December 20th under any circumstance.

If you placed your order with us through a 3rd party marketplace such as Walmart.com, Amazon.com or eBay - your order will not be available in our return or customer portal. Please contact the marketplace through which you placed the order and follow their return procedures.

If the order your are returning was originally shipped under a free shipping promotion and you are returning the order for a refund, the cost of the original outbound shipping for the order will be withheld from any refund due.

If there is a refund due on your return, the refund will typically be issued within 5 business days of the package being received at our warehouse.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original packaging, accessories and documentation, and in its original unopened and un-damaged packaging. If an item is sent back to us as a return or an exchange that is not sealed in it's un-damaged, original packaging and in re-sellable condition, a 15% restocking fee will be withheld from any refund due. For exchanges, an invoice will be sent for 15% of the returning items purchase price and the exchanging items will not be shipped until the restocking fee invoice has been paid.

Do not ship items back to us using only the product packaging - items must be packaged for shipment in the same manner they were received by you. Items returned to us with shipping labels attached to the products original packaging will incur a 15% restocking fee.
