- Direct checkout only. Cash back is earned and redeemed only on orders completed through our store checkout. Third-party checkouts — Facebook, TikTok, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the like — don’t earn or redeem store credit.
- Not the same order. Store credit can’t be applied to the order it was earned on.
- $100 minimum to redeem. To apply store credit, the order must be $100 or more.
- Your balance is easy to find. Log in and visit your profile page — any available store credit is displayed there.
- Thresholds can change. Earning thresholds may change from time to time, and the program is subject to change.

How do I know if my order qualifies?
Qualifying orders are those with a subtotal exceeding predefined thresholds, after any existing discounts, store credits, and similar adjustments have been applied — placed directly through our store checkout.
When do I get my store credit?
Earned cash back is automatically applied to your account at The Christmas Light Emporium 7 days after the qualifying order has been fulfilled.
Where can I see my balance?
Log into your account and visit your profile page. If you have any available store credit, it will be displayed there.
How do I use my credit?
Make sure your order has a subtotal greater than $100 and proceed to checkout. You’ll see a checkbox asking if you would like to apply your available store credit — select it and the credit is applied.
Store credit cannot be applied to the same order on which it was earned.
Do orders through Facebook, TikTok, or express checkouts count?
No. Cash back store credit is only earned and redeemed on orders completed directly through our store checkout. Checkouts completed through third parties like Facebook, TikTok, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay will not earn cash back and cannot redeem available store credit.
