White plastic caps for covering unused/open C7 or C9 sockets on a C7 or C9 stringer. Pack of approximately 100 caps (packed by weight).
For use in covering unused sockets on most C7 or C9 socket wire. Indoor/outdoor use.
Works with most standard size c7/c9 sockets. Using with non-standard socket dimensions such as non standard commercial spools or other non standard, modified, etc spools and/or many stringers that are sold by retail stores and/or are quite old - may require electrical tape for secure installation.
Caps Cover Dimensions: 7/8 inch for C9 cup lip diameter and 3/4 inch for C7 cup lip diameter.
Note: if you need exactly an even packaged number of caps - ie 100/200/300/400, etc... we always recommend ordering 1 more bag than you need since they are packaged by weight and rated at "approximately 100 caps" per package. 99% of the time, there will be 100 caps. But not always.
Works with most C7/E12 and C9/E17 light sockets.

The caps don't fit my C9 empty light sockets. The caps can easily fall off. I may have been better off using only electrical tape to cover the empty sockets. All the caps are bent, not straight, as if They do not appear designed to snap on a socket.
Hi Bryan and thanks for taking the time to post a review of the socket caps. It is true (and noted in the product description) that they don't fit all strings and may require electrical tape etc to hold them securely on. But all of them being bent, etc... that is not normal. If all of them are bent, we can certainly take care of that for you. Please reach out to our customer sevice team at support@thechrirstmalsightemporium.com and we'll get that taken care of for you. Sorry for the trouble!

Used for the letters making words on a metal wire frame. Incredibly bright at night. Used red, blue and warm white for the border of a Texas state oitline of this frame.
I’m making a Christmas tree out of presents, and each present will flash giving a great effect.
I put them on my light pole. I layed the extra lights on the ground which looks nice. They do that with lights at Longwood Gardens, near Philadelphia
I have photos if you would like
I have purchased led lights from the home depot and Lowes and they are junk, they break with in two years. The ones from you are great. Bright, great selection. Love the soft twinkle and your strobes.
The "ColorSplash Bahamas 5 mm Multicolor light strings" served very well for a 10 foot wall of green shrubbery. Much easier to install than attempting to do three strings of different colors. This photo does not distinguish the blue and "teal" lights, but it was noticeable in person, and in fact we've noticed that running strings of blue and teal in parallel creates an attractive effect.
This was a small part of the big central lawn display at a small botanical garden in Florida. The shrubs and pots in the photo had been installed only weeks before the lights were installed, so the light installation represents a hurry-up response to the new situation.
