After my first time order from this company, I received a defective controller. I emailed them and they immediately sent me a replacement. The replacement sent usps never arrived! The USPS apparently lost my package via the tracking number. I emailed The Christmas Light Emporium and they apologized and sent me a third order via UPS. I received my controller in perfect condition. If you have any reservations about this company I say that they will bend over backwards to fulfill your order!

The controller worked as expected but the materials used to make the controller was changed recently. I wished they kept the materials on the past controllers. This controller appears to be made of cheap plastic compared to the past controllers which was made of a sturdier material.
