Red and green is the traditional Christmas pairing. It looks right on almost any house, and it is the easiest two-color scheme to keep consistent because both colors are stocked in every format we make.

Two-Color Products

Red and green on one string: DreamSpark® slow-fade red and green strings and nets, SuperSpark® strobe strings that add cool white, a red and green net light, and a 150' red and green rope light. The ColorCraft® Holly blend (red, green and frosted lime green) is the designed version of this palette, in 5mm strings and C9 bulbs. ColorCraft® Rainbow adds the rest of the traditional multicolor set around red and green.

Matched Singles to Alternate

For a roofline, alternate red and green C9 ProCore® bulbs in one stringer. For trees and trunks, alternate 100-count red and green 5mm strings of the same 4" spacing. The matching singles are included here so the lens style and spacing line up.

Making Red and Green Look Right

Keep formats matched: same lens style on the tree, same bulb size on the roof. Add warm white as the third color if the display feels heavy; warm white on the garland and wreaths lets the red and green on the roof and trees stand out.
