The Lite-Netics C9 Magnetic Christmas Light Socket Spool is a 250' bulk run of empty C9 (E17) sockets on 15" spacing with a neodymium magnet built into every socket base. On ferrous metal — steel roofing, gutters, drip edge, flashing, parapet caps, and metal buildings — the sockets snap straight onto the surface, so there are no clips, shingle tabs, or adhesives to install or pull off at takedown. Cut the spool to the exact lengths your rooflines need and add your own SPT1 plugs.

Featured on Shark Tank and built on Lite-Netics' patented magnetic socket design, this is the spool professional installers reach for when install speed and a clean, damage-free removal matter.

Compatible with any C9 (E17) bulb — LED or incandescent. Works great with our ProCore® LED bulbs, the same commercial-grade bulbs used by professional holiday lighting installers.

Plugs and bulbs are not included. Add SPT1 slide-on plugs (male and female) to finish each cut run. Magnets hold on ferrous metal only — they will not stick to aluminum, vinyl, wood, brick, or shingles.

What surfaces will the magnetic sockets stick to?

Ferrous (iron-based) metal only — steel roofing, gutters, drip edge, flashing, parapet caps, and metal buildings. The magnets will not hold on aluminum, vinyl, wood, brick, or shingles.

Are plugs included with the spool?

No. 250' spools ship without plugs so you can cut runs to length. Add SPT1 male and female slide-on plugs from our plug collection to finish each run. SPT1 slide-on plugs

Which bulbs fit this spool?

Any C9 (E17 intermediate base) bulb, LED or incandescent. Our ProCore® C9 LED bulbs are a direct fit. ProCore® LED bulbs

Can I cut the spool to custom lengths?

Yes — cutting to length is exactly what the spool is for. Cut between sockets, slide on an SPT1 plug at each end, and you have a run sized to your roofline.
