White Christmas Lights

"White Christmas lights" is really two products. Warm white is the soft amber-white glow that looks like classic incandescent lights and candlelight. Cool white is the crisp blue-white that reads as snow and ice and shows up brightest from the street. This collection holds both, in every format, so you can choose a tone and then match it across strings, bulbs and nets.

Warm White or Cool White?

• Warm white (3000K) for traditional homes, indoor trees, garland and wreaths, and displays that pair with red, gold or green. See the full warm white collection.
• Cool white (6400K) for modern homes, blue and silver schemes, icicle lights and rooflines where you want maximum brightness. See the full cool white collection.
• Both together is a professional installer's trick: warm white on trees and garland, cool white on the roofline and eaves, so the layers separate at night.

Whichever you choose, keep one tone per surface. Mixing warm and cool white on the same tree or roofline is the most common reason a display looks uneven. For two-color schemes, see red and white and blue and white.
