C6 Christmas lights are LED light strings named for their strawberry-shaped lens. The faceted C6 lens catches and scatters light in every direction, so each point of light has a jewel-like sparkle that reads clearly from the street. Of our four LED string lens styles, C6 is the largest: 5mm and M5 are the smallest, then G12, then C6.

What's in the Collection

  • Colors: warm white (3000K), cool white, red, green, blue, gold, orange, purple, teal and multicolor.
  • String lengths: 100-light strings in every color listed, 70-light strings in most colors, and 35 and 50-light strings in warm white and teal.
  • Spacing and wire: every C6 string here has 4" spacing on green wire, the most common spacing for trees, wreaths and garland.

Built for Outdoor Use

Our C6 strings use prelamped epoxy construction, with each lens fused directly to its socket for weather resistance and strength. Single-molded, fully sealed sockets keep out rain, snow and ice, and if one light goes out the rest stay lit. The lenses are virtually unbreakable and the colors won't fade, chip or crack. Every string is UL Listed for indoor and outdoor use, ENERGY STAR qualified and backed by our Reindeer Proof™ Warranty.

How to Choose

Where it's going. C6 strings are made for Christmas trees, wreaths, garland, bushes and shrubs. For rooflines, use C9 bulbs on a stringer instead; light strings are not designed for roofline use.

String length. Longer strings mean fewer plugs to hide on a big tree. Shorter 35 and 50-light strings are handy for wreaths, small trees and tight spots.

Connecting strings. Each string has a fused plug, and the number you can connect end to end depends on string length, so check each product page and stay under that limit on every circuit.

What are C6 Christmas lights?

C6 Christmas lights are LED light strings with a faceted, strawberry-shaped lens. The lens scatters light in every direction, and it is the largest of our four LED string lens styles, so each point of light reads clearly from a distance.

Can I replace a C6 bulb?

No. Our C6 strings use prelamped epoxy construction, so each lens is fused to its socket for weather resistance. That is different from C7 and C9 bulbs, which screw into a stringer and can be swapped out. If one light on a C6 string goes out, the rest stay lit.

How is C6 different from 5mm, M5 and G12 lights?

All four are LED light strings that differ by lens style. 5mm is a wide-angle dome, M5 is an elongated faceted lens, G12 is a 12mm raspberry globe and C6 is the faceted strawberry lens. By size, 5mm and M5 are the smallest, then G12, then C6.

Where do C6 Christmas lights look best?

On Christmas trees, wreaths, garland, bushes and shrubs, anywhere you want bold, distinct points of color. For rooflines and architectural outlines, use C9 LED bulbs on a stringer; light strings are not designed for roofline use.

Are C6 lights rated for outdoor use?
