As you can probably guess from the name, a Secret Santa exchange is a tradition in which people anonymously give each other gifts. They can be held as a standalone event, or you can incorporate them into an existing party to add another element of fun into the mix. Many people enjoy Secret Santa exchanges because they allow everyone involved to give and receive gifts without the obligation of buying something for everyone. Find a Date
