ColorSplash Magic strings alternate two types of bulbs: every other bulb is a warm white bulb that slowly and randomly fades on and off, while every other bulb is an RGB bulb that randomly and slowly morphs through colors independently. Because each RGB bulb fades on its own schedule, no two bulbs are ever showing the same color at the same time.

No — the string alternates two types. Every other bulb is a warm white bulb that slowly fades on and off. The bulbs in between are RGB bulbs that randomly morph through colors. The result is a mix of warm white movement and shifting color throughout the string.
Are the color changes synchronized?
No — each bulb changes on its own random timing. You will never see two bulbs showing exactly the same color at the same moment.
Can I replace individual bulbs?
No — these use single-mold construction where bulbs are permanently sealed into the sockets for superior moisture protection. Individual bulbs cannot be removed or replaced.
