RGB lights on the Merry Christmas sign are non-removable bulbs. If a bulb goes out, the entire string must be replaced. The RGB strings use a co-axial connection.
RGB Merry Christmas sign and snowflakes do not include ground stakes. To mount on a lawn, you will need additional support. We recommend 1/2"-3/4" electrical conduit. It is easy to cut to length and hammer into the ground for support.
RGB Merry Christmas sign has mounting points (welded onto the frame) for mounting on buildings, walls, fences, etc.
Mounting hardware for securing the hinges is included.

What is the warranty for your Designer Series Displays?
Our Designer Series Displays carry a 1-season (90-day) warranty against defects in manufacturing or workmanship.
Why are the Displays Not Returnable/Final Sale?
Each of our Designer Series Displays is handmade. Handmade items are not returnable.
What if the Display is Damaged in Shipping?
If you receive a Designer Series Display damaged in shipment, do not refuse the shipment and contact us right away. Be sure to include photos of the damaged box prior to opening it and photos of the damaged items once you remove them from the box. We will arrange the return of the damaged item at our expense and replace it.
Can I Purchase a Designer Series Display Without the Lights/Frame Only?
Our Designer Series Displays are only available with lights already installed. We do not sell frames without lights already on them.
Can I Purchase Replacement Strings If I Need to Repair a Display in the Future?
The lighting for our Designer Series Displays is designed specifically to fit each individual display. If you need to replace a string in the future, please contact us at support@thechristmaslightemporium.com.
