Fades!

I've said this before - your C9 Incandescent Light Bulb, Blue fades quickly. I have had to replace them after only one use. Not good.

Hi Jeff and thank you for taking the time to post your review. I am very sorry to hear you've had trouble with the bulbs fading. Do you mean that the color fades (ie the exterior finish)? Or that the brightness fades (ie the intensity of light)? Are the bulbs being used seasonally or permanently? How/where are they installed? There are a few questions that will allow us to zoom in on the issue. Please reach out to our customer service team at support@thechristmaslightemporium and we'll take care of it for you for sure. Also note that the bulbs are still under warranty and still returnable or exchangable if you prefer.
