Holiday Delivery Guarantees
We are committed to getting your lights delivered in time for your holiday display. Our Q4 2026 holiday delivery guarantee details — including final cutoff dates for guaranteed Christmas delivery — will be posted by June 28, 2026.
For urgent orders during peak season, we recommend selecting Express or Rush Shipping to ensure your decorations arrive on time.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available during our standard business hours throughout peak season. Please confirm your order's ready-for-pickup notification before arriving.
Customer Service & Phone Ordering Hours
Our team is here to help you plan the perfect light display! During peak season (September–November), we maintain extended customer service hours. Specific hours for the 2026 season will be confirmed and posted here by June 28, 2026.
Holiday Closure: December 20 – January 4
DECEMBER 20 – JANUARY 4: No Carrier Pickups and No Local Pickup
Email will be answered on a limited basis, but ordering and customer service via phone will be closed until January 5, 2027.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM Central Time on December 19 will ship (or be available for local pickup) beginning January 5, 2027.
