When a socket is left empty — whether a bulb burns out, is removed, or was never installed — the exposed socket lets in moisture and debris. Socket Stuffers screw in just like a bulb, then seal tight against the surface of the socket with a wide cap that covers the entire opening regardless of socket size.
That wide sealing cap is what makes Socket Stuffers universal: unlike press-fit covers that only work with specific socket dimensions, the screw-in design holds the cap firmly against the top of the socket, making a tight seal on any standard or non-standard C7 socket.
